LOVED IT! When I opened the box the tears flowed down my face. I purchased this item with a very heavy heart. My son passed away a couple of years ago and a memorial tree was planted in his grandparents city so I wanted something to mark it properly. I could not have asked for anything better than what I received. This item had a late delivery ONLY because the first one made did not pass the suppliers expectations so they insisted on doing another. That to me is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly Recommend.
I ordered a granite heart with custom engraving for my parents 50th anniversary. Everything was great until Canada Post lost the shipment. Stone Engraving made another one and delivered it themselves in time for the anniversary. Thank you Stone Engraving. I have already recommended you to some people I know looking for some stone work!
