Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days to arrive from the date you receive tracking information. We ship all across Canada and the contiguous US.

If you have selected STANDARD Shipping, our packages are delivered via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 10-20 business days. New orders can take up to 72 hours to receive a mock-up.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
STANDARD delivery packages are delivered on Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm; there is NO Sunday or Saturday STANDARD delivery. Please allow 48 - 72 hours before your updated tracking information is displayed. If you order multiple stones, you may receive multiple packages to avoid breakage.
