If you are dissatisfied with your order then please contact us by telephone 1-289-231-8751 within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your order arrives damaged or with a quality defect, we have a ‘no BS‘ return policy and we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item free of charge. If your return is due to damage or a defect then we will reimburse you the return shipping costs. If your return is not due to a damaged or quality issue, we cannot reimburse you the return shipping costs. Please note: we require pictures of the damage or defect & we will not accept returns that have not been pre-approved.
Return Policy for Personalized Items
It is your responsibility to review your order and confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Your order is specifically made for you, and therefore SEO cannot accept returns or refunds of personalized products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by SEO. For instance, SEO cannot refund personalized product if the quality issue is due to: Typographical errors, misspelled words or name, incorrect grammar, unfinished text, Low quality or blurry photographs provided by the user, design or creative choices or other material provided by the user. For every custom order an email is sent to the customer with an artwork proof for final approval before engraving. Please be sure you are satisfied with the design choice combinations, photographs and overall layout of your products before approving the artwork for your order. Please note that variances in colour and size are normal occurrences for all natural stone products and will not be considered manufacturing, quality defects or deficiencies and will not qualify for replacement product.
Return Policy for Non-Personalized Items
We will accept the return of any non-personalized products that are in their original, new, unopened and unused condition. We will guide you through the appropriate steps to replace the product, or to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price.
